1. About This Service

Brave New Reality ("the Service," "we," "us") is a personal resilience guide in development. It uses artificial intelligence to surface relevant information, flag significant events, and suggest practical responses tailored to your situation.

The current prototype is simulated and for demonstration purposes only. It does not perform real-time data analysis, connect to live data sources, or produce genuinely personalised guidance. It is intended solely to illustrate the direction of the full product.

2. AI Limitations — Please Read This

Brave New Reality uses AI systems to generate content and guidance. You should be aware that:

AI can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or reflect biases present in training data. No AI system is infallible, and ours is no exception.

AI is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing generated by this service constitutes professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other regulated form of advice. If you are facing a serious health, legal, financial, or safety situation, please consult a qualified professional.

Always verify important information independently. Before acting on any guidance provided by this service — particularly regarding health, finances, or major life decisions — cross-check with authoritative sources and professionals you trust.

The world changes faster than any AI can track. Information that was accurate when generated may become outdated quickly. Use your own judgement.

3. No Liability for Decisions Made

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brave New Reality, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, harm, damage, or consequence — direct or indirect — arising from:

— Reliance on content, guidance, or suggestions generated by the Service

— Decisions made based on information provided by the Service

— Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in AI-generated content

— Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service

You use this service at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Not a Crisis Service

Brave New Reality is not a crisis intervention service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

In the US: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — call or text 988. In the UK: Samaritans — call 116 123. For other regions, contact your local emergency services.

5. Privacy & Data

During the current waitlist and prototype phase, we collect only your email address when you join the waitlist. This is used solely to contact you about the development of Brave New Reality. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

When the full app launches, a comprehensive Privacy Policy will be published detailing what data is collected, how it is stored, how it is used, and how you can request its deletion.

If you wish to be removed from the waitlist at any time, email keith@bravenewreality.com and your information will be deleted promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on bravenewreality.com — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Brave New Reality unless otherwise attributed. Third-party content shared on the Insights page is attributed to its original source and linked accordingly. No content from this site may be reproduced without permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the Service develops. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
